In 1946, Achiel started in a small shed. In 2026, we celebrate 80 years of craftsmanship with a Limited Edition you can’t miss: Otis Ltd1946.
Only 46 bicycles will be built — a nod to our founding year.
And number 19/46? That one stays in our showroom.
The first thing you notice: the flip-flop finish
The frame plays with the light. One colour, yet never the same.
From deep green to copper, with hints of burgundy and orange in between. Subtle in the shade, vivid in the sun.
A finish you have to see to believe.
Unique details
Otis Ltd1946 isn’t a standard Otis with a few extras. This is a true Limited Edition — with materials and finishing touches we would normally never put on a production model.
Wooden rims with carbon inlay — Ghisallo
Real wooden rims with a carbon inlay: warm, elegant, and technical at the same time. A detail that instantly makes the difference — in both look and feel.
24K gold leaf — Manetti
The Achielle logo is applied in real 24K gold leaf.
On top of that comes a numbered plate, hand-stamped in the atelier.

And then there are the details that truly complete Otis Ltd1946.
Lightskin lighting is seamlessly integrated into the handlebar and seatpost: clean, safe, and perfectly in line with the bike.
Brooks provides a B17 Carved and Slender Grips in Black — classic leather, in a darker execution.
Everything fits, right down to the accessories: a stainless steel Klean Kanteen bottle in a classic Zéfal holder.
The finish stays consistent: Shimano Alfine 8 and Alfine crankset (both silver), Gates Carbon Belt, Ergotec pedals, Knog Oï Deluxe bell, stainless steel fenders, and Continental tires.
